How will my Name and Postal Mailing Address be used? The main purpose of collecting your name and address information is to process your order. How will my telephone number be used? ChristianElegance.com will contact you by telephone only in the event that the need arises to communicate with you directly regarding the processing of your inquiry. How will my credit card number be used? You credit card number and expiration is used to process your current transaction. For your security and ours, we do not store credit card information on our online server. Return Policy Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 10 days after you receive it, please contact us to arrange for the item to be returned. You can email us at orders@christianelegance.com Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange in your request.   We will email you back within 24 hours with specific information on how to return the item. Shipping Policy All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery unless otherwise stated in the item description.  Some items are shipped directly from our Vendor or the Manufacturer using regular ground delivery.  Please allow 7-10 days to receive these items. How long will it take for my order to be Processed? All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been received and cleared.  Orders are shipped out daily (Mon-Fri.)  We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
